Our first employee hires from outside the family are still with us today! - Testimony to the way CSC, LLC. wants to care for each other and keep a fun tight-knit atmosphere. It was a pleasure to work with Carlos on our kitchen remodel. When we say 5 star outstanding we truly me it! We live in a older resident condo building and understand the stress Carlos had to put up with by the (nonappointed) community watchpeople continually finding something to complain about. Nonetheless, Carlos and team endured through the complaints and took them in stride and with grace and built us a beautiful new kitchen on time! There were some unexpected things that came up during the process but Carlos was overly communicative and kept us in the loop on every detail (including every complaint just to bring to our attention) which was very comforting to know what was going on and when. All in all it was a great experience and we would 10/10 recommend Carlos and team to anyone!

Carlos and his crew built a cedar and panel fence for us on our challengingly sloped yard. One year in and the fence still looks like new, with all posts solidly set and no issues with the panels. He was quick to answer questions and was easy to work with. Shortly after we moved into our 1968 built Twin Lakes home I had Carlos and crew clean/shape up all the old rhododendrens, remove old and moss covered shrubs. They removed the overgrown arborvitae and replaced with new. They also put in a sprinkler system. They did all this in less than a week! They were efficient and courteous. We are thrilled with our " new" yard.

“Of the many contractors I've hired while doing projects on my 100+ year old Victoria home, Carlos is without a doubt the most professional, timely, courteous, problem-solving, and creative. Carlos was enjoyable to work with, catered to my work schedule for meetings, and was outstanding with design. We gave him a few ideas for an outdoor brick courtyard (outdoor living space) and he was able to deliver a quote that was easy to understand and edit, with good, better and best options. We are in love with the finished courtyard and use it most everyday. It was constructed very well--my husband saw the workers meticulously level each individual stone in the massive courtyard. It seems like the entire neighborhood has been impressed with it and now many people want one too! His crew was beyond hardworking and very friendly. They were also able to quick solve the challenges that arise when working with such an old home, but they never bothered me with the problems like many other contractors I've worked with in the past have. The value and work quality is there, and he will finish on-time or early. I'd love to have Carlos and his team back for my next outdoor project.”
